Cross Skills Communications - MG 415

Course Objectives

Globalisation requires that we are efficient and effective communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
This course is designed to help students investigate communication processes among individuals,
groups, organizations and different cultures. Students will learn about the following skills: active listening,
giving and receiving criticism, dealing with different personality types, interviewing strategies,
resolving stress, analyzing negociation techniques. In addition, we will also study the importance
of non-verbal communication.
